Abstract
The authors propose a distributed-processing platform for communication network systems, such as telecommunication network systems, intelligent network systems, and telecommunication management network systems, that is based on the software defined architecture (SDA) concept under study at NTT. This platform is presented for quick and easy construction and dynamic reconstruction of those network systems. It supports message handling with access, location and duplication transparency, dynamic reallocation without processing interruption and a uniform interface for resource control from any node
