            Abstract : 
Friction is abroad in a machine system. X-Y position table is a class device in a modern manufacture. The friction is an obstacle to improve the precision of position. A kind of robust adaptive control method has been proposed, it can realize the X-Y position table motion control of the friction is regarded as a kind of extent disturbance. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
