  • Abstract
This paper deals with the behavior of the Doubly-Fed Induction Generator Wind Energy Conversion System under forced dynamic circumstances, such as sudden wind speed changes-gusts, harmonically distorted grid voltage and open-circuit fault in power electronic converters. An analysis of these phenomena and fault diagnosis based on Fast Fourier Transformation method has been carried out via simulation using a system of 2 MW.
