Abstract
Summary form only given. In cube textured NiFe material, magnetization varies mainly by 90/spl deg/ domain wall displacements. We model this by assuming that magnetic moments can share four states: A/sup +/, A/sup -/ parallel and antiparallel to rolling direction (RD or X-axis) and B/sup +/, B/sup -/ parallel and anti-parallel to transverse direction (TD or Y-axis). The Bloch wall displacements can be represented by 90/spl deg/ moment switching and be described by 3 chemical reaction type equations. The model is tested for several induction levels under alternative excitation along RD, TD, 45/spl deg/ and also under circular induction. It predicts correctly the vectorial hysteresis behavior.
