Abstract :
Based on Pade approximants and multistep method, we propose an implicit high-order complex envelope unconditionally stable algorithm (IHCEUSA) to solve the time-dependent Maxwellpsilas equations (TDME). The numerical dispersion and dissipation are very small at very large time step.
