Abstract
In the cellular mobile communication system, a location and tracking algorithm with non-line of sight(NLOS) error for MS(mobile station) is proposed. The NLOS errors are corrected using RBF neural network on TDOA/AOA measurements, then the position of MS is estimated by the Chan´s algorithm and the initial estimated value of position is corrected using kalman filtering. Furthermore, cooperating the correlation detection gate, the MS is tracked by the algorithm. The simulation results show that the performance of this algorithm is better in positioning and tracking for MS.
