Research and implementation of DRM in the IPTV

Digital Rights Management (DRM) is a system that includes encryption and other technologies which can control the usage and redistribution of the digital contents in the IPTV. DRM focused on security and encryption as a means of solving the issue of unauthorized copying, that is, lock the content and limit its distribution to only those who pay. In this paper, we first review the related research topic in this area and analyze the DRM architectures. Then we propose an implementation example of DRM solution in the IPTV service. In the DRM solution, we mainly present content encryption and content authentication.
