Abstract :
The aim of this paper is to study the traffic model proposed by Nagel and Paezuski. On the one hand the model allows one to analyze the behavior of a traffic jam initiated in an otherwise freely flowing stream of traffic. On the other hand this result could be used in NATO´s (as in EUROCORPS needs in EU as well) logistics system LOGFAS. Existing system on GPS based trucks worked out by Hungarian Ministry of Defence Electronics, Logistics and Property Management Co. of also provides several other interesting results in addition.
