Abstract
In distribution load flow studies, it is presumed that active and reactive power demands are constant at each node regardless of the voltage magnitude and time. In actual distribution system, different categories and types of loads might be present and varies with time. In this paper an efficient load flow technique is developed for ill-condition radial distribution network. This paper considers the static load with daily load curve which is more practical to the real distribution system. The method is illustrated for 16-node (three feeder system) and 33-node radial distribution network.
