  • Abstract
    Interband cascade lasers with separate-confinement layers have been demonstrated in cw at temperatures up to 213 K for broad-area lasers, and to 266 K near 3.43 mum and 238 K near 4.04 mum for narrow ridge-waveguide lasers.
