  • Abstract
    A dimensioning method for the design of class-A CMOS operational amplifiers is proposed. The method is based on forming an operating point equivalent of the circuit by virtue of given specification values. The operating point is then optimized to yield the best possible overall performance according to simulation results. The method is implemented in a dimensioning program called COARSE
