Abstract :
Since last decade, Information Technology has changed the human life to another dimension. It turned out because of the introduction of the concept of cloud computing. Basically Cloud computing is an internet based computing service. Cloud provides virtually everything as service and infrastructure provides resources as provision over the Internet and Storage cloud can give storage as a service. These services are utilized for storing and processing immensely colossal data set over Internet. Now a days, mobile phones are increasing day by day and it is becoming part of human life as most effective and convenient communication tool and it will not be bounded by the time and place. Information Technology plays an important role in educational sectors also. Due to the growth of educational institutions all over the world there is a requirement of developing cloud architecture which can help storing and processing large information produced by these institutions. The rapid growth of mobile applications and also emerging of cloud computing results in recommending mobile cloud computing for various services like health sectors (M-Health), commerce (M-commerce) ,gaming(M-Gaming) and education sectors(M-edu). Mobile Cloud computing can be a solution for storing the educational data into more systematic manner and it can be reached out easily to all kind of people in all regions. In this paper we proposed mobihybrid educloud , which is implemented with the combination of public cloud and private cloud concepts for educational institutions like universities. Mobile hybrid cloud adapting absolutely impacts the learning methodology from both teachers and learners. As a matter of fact every individual can not have access to systems. In that case cloud computing makes it simpler for those individuals to get learning through their cell phones without stressing much over other equipment. At the end of the day , mobile hybrid cloud learning brings the classroom to the student unlik- other customary systems. It will benefit not only the learners but also the educators in their classroom management.
