Abstract :
Summary form only given. The authors explore the temperature dependence of the coercivity of different Co/sub 19/Ni/sub 1/Cu/sub 80/ microwire samples. The study covered different morphologies, characterized by the sample diameter/glass sheath thickness ratio, which ranged from 0.13 up to 0.5 and was carried out by using X-ray diffraction and VSM. The results are discussed in terms of the presence in the samples of a distribution of superparamagnetic Co nanoparticles.
