Abstract
The application of transmission-line modeling (TLM) in electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (SE), which developed the plane-wave shielding theory, was described to single-layered and multilayered media. For application of design, the basic expressions of SE were presented with general parameters, which being use to calculate SE of a multilayered media and even to calculate SE with multiband for vertical or oblique incidence to lossless isotropic medias including dielectric and metallic layers. Finally, the analysis and design of SE of a type A sandwich with multiband were presented
