Abstract :
It is a great pleasure and privilege to host the tenth International Symposium on Communication and Information Technology, ISCIT 2010 in Tokyo, the capital of Japan, following the ninth ISCIT in Inchon, Korea last year, and the eighth ISCIT in Vientiane, Laos in 2008, all of which were very successful.
