  • Abstract
A system is considered which results from the development of the general problem of the creation of an amplifier of intellectual possibilities of an investigator solving a complicated professional problem under conditions of a lack of knowledge and data. It is called the `Partner System´ (PS). When one considers the transformation of the program model for an IBM computer into PS, which is suited for practical use, it becomes clear that there is a deep similarity between the PS project and investigations in neurocomputing, the realization of which can become useful not only for creation of the PS, but also for neurocomputing itself. The structure and characteristics of systems of this type are examined
