Abstract :
The improper environmental investment decision-making and its low operating efficiency not only waste investment capital but also affect the effectiveness of environmental treatment, still further, to some extent affect the sustainable competitiveness and development of enterprises. Based on multi-attribute decision making theory and through building a multi-level and multi-standard evaluation system of enterprise investment objectives of sustainable development related to environmental investment, the paper applies an improved evidential reasoning(ER) approach to support evaluation decision, and uses a credit interval to figure scoring result and allow something absence. A numerical example of corporate environmental investment evaluation is discussed to demonstrate the implementation of multi-attribute evaluation approach.
