  • Abstract
    Logistics network design is an important strategic decision. With the development of globalization, more companies outsource their logistics and the third-party logistics companies have become the mainstream. So how to design a reasonable logistics network is important to both manufacturers and 3PL. this article analyses the situation of 3PL and provides a model in logistics network design. Finally, some suggestions are made to improve the development of 3PL.
