Abstract
The presentation was based on the articles which appeared in Issue 5, October 2004 of the UNEP FI. Though the focus is broader than "climate risks" the author focus the remarks on the Panel session topic in the context of "investor" perspective. Business needs to be given a clearer sense of the future impacts of public policy and investor preferences in order to reduce uncertainty and to insure a more level playing field.
