Abstract :
In this paper, a real-time instrument for nonstationary disturbance measurement on power line is reported. It is mainly based on a DSP TMS320C6711 and an original algorithm. In the paper after a review of the proposed disturbances detection and extraction, the realized instrument is described in detail. The paper is completed with the experimental comparison between standard power line transient analyzer and the proposed one.
