Analysis on the current financial support system for China´s small and medium-sized energy management companies

The paper firstly analyzes the operating mechanism of China´s small and medium-sized EMCos, finding that fund accommodation and risk management are the two development challenges that they are facing with. Then it analyzes the function of the financial system, finding that some measures of the financial system can solve the problems faced by EMCos. Finally, by analyzing the existing financial support channels of small and medium sized EMCos, it proposes the measures to improve various financial channels, such as, to set up the science and technology branch of bank; to establish the innovative mechanisms to promote the development of financial leasing; to start the EPC Trust; to open up the channels of listing of small and medium-sized EMCos to attract venture capital; to accelerate the development of guarantee industry; to encourage the innovation of insurance industry to develop new insurance products.
