Undergraduate electrical engineer´s education in the Marine Technical University includes an EMC course of up to 85 hours. Lectures, 10 laboratory experiments and individual course work are on the schedule. Computer simulation has been used for EMC training for many years. The first step in multimedia software was a slide presentation of EMP testing with sound and explanation. The next step was the development of animation to give information about testing procedures. The last step is interactive multimedia training software compiled video, animation, hypertext, voice and music
