Abstract
His paper researches Guangxi´s water resources situation, development of CDM projects in Guangxi, and use ARMA model to predict Guangxi´s hydropower demand. Through the analysis of advantages in CDM projects, the paper set up a reasonable energy environment strategy and economic development strategy.
