Abstract :
The paper firstly analyzes the ware location assignment policy in Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems, and then optimizes the loading-unloading path. It mainly optimizes the shelves number and stacker operating order, and solves the problem of stacker operating order with the genetic algorithm. The research would optimize the loading-unloading path of the AS/RS greatly and improve the loading-unloading efficiency.
