Title
Data exchange for reliability assessment and operations
fYear
2005
Abstract
Summary form only given. There is a hierarchy of responsibility and controls created among the operating entities to manage the system reliability. This multi-level reliability operation creates a need for data exchange among all the operating entities. The topic of discussion of this presentation is to address the data exchange need among operating entities. The data exchange needs depend on the computer applications being run by each entity. This data is to be exchanged both in real-time and in planning stages. The format and the method of this data exchange are also critical for proper functioning of the computer applications. This presentation addresses these issues and propose some solutions about the type and frequency of data exchange.
