Abstract
Proposes an optoelectronic neuroprocessor using 1D hologram technology with a serial-parallel information processing method. The neuron-like elements of the device are implemented by means of optoelectronics and have no electrical interconnections. Interneuronal connections are set by recording on the holographic disk an array of 1D microholograms formed by the reference beam and a linear multichannel light modulator. The performance of the neuroprocessor is discussed
