Abstract :
The paper evaluates coordinate state and coordinative development level of economic, social and environmental systems in state-owned forest region from both dynamic and static aspects through constructing coordinative development comprehensive evaluation model. It turns out from research that coordinative development level of economic, social and environmental systems in state-owned forest region has been gradually improved with limited ranges. Meanwhile, the development situation of each subsystem appears not synchronous. Economy develops with the fastest speed. When economic development doesn´t form enough obstacles towards ecological environment, the coordinative development level of the system still improves gradually. But with a large number of wastes of resources and deepening impact towards environment, the development of the whole system will become slower until setback phenomenon appears.
