Presents one possible realization of a neural network that is used in the construction of neurocomputer systems intended to operate under a large number of parameters, real-time, and uncertainty of the environment. Attention is given to the Lagrange model for incorrect problems of linear programming, a neural network for linear programming incorrect-problem, and a program model of such a neural network
