Abstract :
On the basis of heat transfer, in this article the boundary conditions are determined, and the mathematics model of PMLSM are put forward, according to the characteristic of the flat permanent linear synchronous motor (PMLSM).The article calculates the thermal field of PMLSM using finite element software Infolytica, and carries on the actual survey to a permanent magnetic linear synchronous motor´s temperature, calculations are in good agreement with experimental results. At last, main factors of affecting on the temperature of linear motor and the main methods of determining the temperature rise are discussed combing simulation and the experimental results.
