Abstract :
A new multi-waveform fully polarimetric GPR sensor for landmine detection developed by IRCTR has been tested at the test facility for landmine detection systems located at TNOFEL, The Netherlands. Data have been collected over the sand and the grass lane. To process the acquired data, a number of dedicated processing algorithms for detection and classification of detected objects have been developed. Performance of these algorithms is discussed in this paper.
