Abstract :
This paper discusses the background of the Emergency Monitoring and Commanding System in the Three Gorges Reservoir area, as well as it´s of the functions, composition and role, and also the paper has a brief description of the specific content and target of the subsystems, up on which the systematic implementation can be achieved. In November 2008, the system has been tested by the Zigui field sudden landslide, which shows the design of this system is reliable, security and strong, the data transmission is stable, the voice is clear, the images are smooth, and the design is usable for the emergency needs of geological disasters prevention and control at all levels department.
