Abstract :
A diabetes-management education program for diabetic patients and health-care professionals is presented. It is based on the DIACRONO system. The program is a set of training/instruction educational units and an information system to support them. The latter consists of a computer station where computation and human interface are provided and a local area network that allows the integration of the program within a running diabetes-management department.<>
