Overseas land development rights: An approach for sustainable development in rural China by land consolidation

The definition of land development rights was first established in the western countries in the middle of 20^th century as part of the land tenure in order to increase the utilization ratio and maintain the distribution of land benefits at a balanced level. New ideology of land consolidation have to be brought by introducing foreign land development rights into China and contribute the sustainable development in rural areas.
