Abstract
This paper describes considerations of the project of the spot information system (SI system) which has been developed for the main intersections within Fukushima Prefecture by the prefectural government. The SI system is a disaster-resist information service system to offer information on road traffic restrictions covering areas where motorists are travelling and to get them informed about the areas
