Abstract

The standardization of DECT in ETSI has been very productive, as a matter of fact the DECT standard was one of the first to be completed with different profiles. DECT Data profile gives the possibility to interconnect a wireless access to any possible data network. This paper deals with an interworking solution to access the Internet through the DECT air interface, using ATM as transport network. The mobility management will be done using the IF-Mobile (IMHP) protocol
