Abstract :
The correct identification of the human factors of CNG fuelling station has material effect, to draw up and to carry out the safety control measure for fuelling station´s safety. This article targeted the human factors, which affect the CNG fuelling station safety incident´s human factor, using the theoretical superiority of SHEL and Reason model in human error possible root´s identification, and then, established the SHEL-Reason union model. Through the union model´s usable analysis, and the application examination which recognize human factor in the CNG fuelling station, played a good effectiveness of the application. For domestic CNG fuelling station human-machine harmonious quantitative management practice, reserve technology conditions and methods for human factors based, risk assessment, prevention strategies set a solid foundation.
