In this paper, the essence of a new network system is grasped as a “Knowledge Creating- Activity Support-type Network” in which “digitalized information of knowledge, technology, and experience” can interact, be stored, and be reused. Based on this vision, by utilizing the concept of SECI Model, the configuration method of a “Three-Layered-Structure Open Innovation Foundation” which accelerates the interaction of technological innovation, business innovation, and social innovation is studied.
