  • Abstract
    In this paper we propose a new Handwritten Signature Authentication Scheme. The scheme consists of two main Rule Set Algorithms and one Authentication Algorithm. The Algorithms are based on extensive statistical analysis, Mean Variance and Theory of Estimation.
