Abstract :
A layered cell structure is proposed for a mobile ATM network that efficiently transfer heterogeneous traffic handling multimedia, personal, and intelligent services. This structure enables the efficient transfer of voice signals ranging from very low bit-rate signals to high-speed multimedia signals with little delay
