Abstract :
With the green product becoming one part of the daily life of people, the relative assess methods are researched and developed. But most of them neglect one thing, that green product is above all a kind of merchandise. In this paper, a new assess system is introduced to deal with the problem above. In this system the environmental performance of the product will be quantified into the economic cost through many ways such as special catalog, fuzzy arithmetic, factor weight. Then all of these costs are combined into the traditional economic performance analyses. Then all kinds of value index about this product can be introduced, such as the cost-profit index needed by producer, the use performance index needed by user and the social complex performance index needed by administration.
