Abstract
LI-6400 portable photosynthetic measurement system is used to measure effect of external source NO sodium nitroprussiate (SNP) of different concentration changes on photosynthetic physiology of Larix gmelinii seedling leaves. The result shows: net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and light saturation point(LSP) significantly rises as external sodium nitroprussiate(SNP) rises and light compensation point (LCP) significantly drops, while no significant difference of water utilization efficiency (WUE) is observed. It explains that externally applied SNP with certain concentration cause positive influence on photosynthesis and relevant parameters of Larix gmelinii seedling leaves, while the influence has certain relationship with changes of concentration.
