Abstract :
Biosparging is an in-situ remediation that uses indigenous microorganism to biodegrade organic constituents in groundwater. When using biosparging, it is necessary to consider the factors that affect biosparging. In this paper, the factors are discussed and analyzed by analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Results demonstrate, microbial population density, electronic acceptors and nutrient concentrations are the important factors in the process of biosparging and should be pay more attention.
