Abstract :
Based on the known location information of the called unit, using the IN (intelligent network), the call can be connected through the shortest path at any time, and the querying number of the database is also the smallest. The maximum database size is 0.1 percent of that needed by a central database system. The database updating cost is less than 6.86% of that needed by the fully distributed location registration strategy
