Abstract :
Significant breakthroughs in energy field will depend on the significant breakthroughs in new materials. Nanomaterials have huge potential to apply in the energy field. The formation factors of ecological and high-end industry value chain of nanomaterials for energy contain the impetus of high added-value, pressure of negative externalities of environment and natural resources, the target of improving resource utilization efficiency, self-organization and endogenous requirements, market competition and social factors, exogenous industry policy variable of government, technique factors, and transaction cost saving. The formation and operation mechanism, as well as the external and internal operating hindrance factors which are important for policy makers and firms were analyzed in this paper.
