In traffic information services, in general, construction and operation of VICS are emphasized in terms of construction and drivers with an advanced mobile information system (AMIS), which is one of the urban traffic management system (UTMS) subsystems. The paper describes the items to be supplemented to complete AMIS and the method of providing traffic information from a different viewpoint
