  • Abstract
Intelligent Space is a platform for realizing multi agent systems. In order to build the multi agent systems, the most important element is a human interface technology in the Intelligent Space. It is important for this human interface technology to think about a “universal design approach” and a “cognitive science approach”. These approaches are a convenient for all people: not only young people but also elderly people and handicapped people. In order to realise the human interface, the paper proposes “augmented sensing”. Invisible information can be made visible by using this augmented sensing. The paper explains the augmented sensing in detail and shows the effectiveness of the augmented sensing in Intelligent Space
