Abstract :
The extraction of polysaccharides from Spuriopimpinella brachycarpa was studied in this paper. According to the single-factor experiment, three levels of the factors, including extraction temperature, time and the ratio of liquid to solid, were selected for the central composite design to establish a quadric regression equation for describing the yield of polysaccharides. By response surface analysis, the results showed that the optimum conditions of polysaccharides extraction were as follows: the ratio of material to solvent of 1∶33.4, extraction temperature 83.5°C and extraction time 1.91h at one extraction. Rounded: the ratio of water is 1∶33, extraction temperature is 84°C, and extraction time is 2h at one extraction, theoretical extraction rate could be 4.95%. In order to test and verify feasibility of response surface method, under optimum conditions, the practical extraction rate could be up to 4.90%, 4.80%, 4.84%, average value was 4.85%, relative error is 2%.
