Abstract :
It is my great pleasure to welcome all the participants to the International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies 2010 (ISCIT 2010), held in Meiji University, Tokyo, Japan. This conference is the tenth annual conference and the second time symposium held in Japan. Many of them may remember the ISCIT 2004 was held in Sapporo, Japan.
