Abstract :
An aerobic denitrifying bacterial strain HFX08F was isolated from the activated sludge. the strain HFX08F was identified as Pseudomonas genus (Pseudomonas). The growth curve of the strain was in line with “S” type curve, correlation coefficient R reached a significant difference level. Optimum growth of strains was pH 7 and temperature range of 10–20°C., The removal rate of NO3-N within 48 hours reached 85.8%.
