Abstract :
A control system with the model algorithm of fed-batch collagen reaction based on the BP neural network is set up to control factors in process that ferment Escherichia coli into high-density human-like collagen, predicting controlling procedure. Numerical simulation has shown that this control system not only improved the yields of the target product obviously, but also gets an excellent quality stably.
